Once you've inspected the property and conducted thorough due diligence to confirm it aligns with your needs, you can move forward by either opting for a Cash Sale or choosing a Financing Option with no credit check, featuring a low 6.5% interest rate and affordable monthly payments.

1. Select the property you wish to acquire, then click "Add to Cart." Simply make the first-month payment, sign the Standard Agreement of Sale contract or Real Estate Purchase Agreement, and the American dream land is yours

2. Decide between the Cash Option or one of our Financing Options.

B. PREMIUM AUCTION PROPERTIES

Buying through the timed auction process is fun and exciting. Many times we will put a few of our premium properties in small auctions to give all of our customers worldwide a fair chance to acquire these properties. Bidding at auction is very simple.

1. Log in or create an account, which is always free.

2. Click on the property that you would like to bid on.

3. Important- it will give you 2 ways of bidding.

4. Straight bid- What you bid is the price that you bid. So as an example if you bid $500 the bid goes directly to $500.

5.Maximum bid- This is the maximum that you will pay and the program will bid for you in $25 increments. Example- If the current bid is $300 and your maximum bid is $500 your bid will be $325 or if another bidder put in say $400 then your bid would be $425. Your bid will never go over your maximum of $500

Your winning bid will be deducted from the note balance of your property. There is no auction buyers premium or any processing fees. Never a credit check. No hidden fees. STEP 3: FINALIZE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE EFFORTLESSLY AND SECURELY

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU REVIEW AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO CHECKOUT.

Once your down payment is made, you'll receive a confirmation email, and we'll promptly begin preparing your documents. For Financing Options, you'll receive a "Standard Agreement of Sale" contract, while Cash Sales will receive a "Real Estate Purchase Agreement" followed by a deed.

All documents will be conveniently sent to you electronically via DocuSign.
